Packages

Three ways to start — sized to how you actually run

Not a price list. A starting shape we size after we see the current PBX, the seats, and the channels you already use.

01

Office

Companies that live on the desk phone and need HD voice, mobility, and a clean optional CRM.

  • Business VOIP — office, home, or travel, same number
  • Call control, voicemail, and conference
  • IP phones and headsets specified to the design
  • Optional Mini-CRM this month
  • Keep a working Cisco or Avaya box as a gateway

Small and mid-size offices. No contact-center floor yet.

02

Contact center

In-house floors that need routing, recording, quality, and a desktop agents will use.

  • Innovatel — inbound, outbound, or blended
  • Intelligent routing and live queues
  • Recording, quality, and supervisor dashboards
  • Agent desktop next to CRM (Innovia, Mini-CRM, or Vtiger)
  • Call-center reports in the same shift

From about twenty seats to a full operation.

03

Connected company

Teams that need the call, WhatsApp, and the invoice on one customer file.

  • Office VOIP plus Innovatel where there is a floor
  • Unified inbox — WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, SMS
  • CRM or Mini-CRM with screen-pop and write-back
  • Campaigns, surveys, and SMS where they earn their keep
  • ERP link when finance and stock must share the same customer

Sales, service, and back office that have outgrown separate tools.

IP phones, headsets, and gateways are specified against the package — not sold as a random catalogue. Hardware from Europe, the USA, and Asia is matched to the software.

Buyer questions

What companies in Egypt and the GCC ask first

Do we have to replace a working Cisco or Avaya PBX?

No. If it still routes well, we keep it as a gateway. Replacing a working PBX is not the default recommendation.

Cloud or on-premise?

Both. The core is hosted to match your IT and compliance needs. Cutover runs in an agreed window, with a fallback.

Can staff keep their numbers?

Yes. The numbering plan is designed so extensions and company numbers stay with the people who use them — including remote staff.

Is WhatsApp the official Business API?

The unified inbox connects official business accounts. We do not run the desk off personal phones.

Where do call recordings live?

Against the activity, under a retention policy you approve. They are not dumped into an unmanaged shared folder.

Mini-CRM or full CRM?

Mini-CRM if you need a working file this month. Full CRM when pipeline, service, and live reports have to sit next to the call. You can grow from one to the other.

Do you sell the handsets too?

We specify IP phones, headsets, and gateways to match the software. Hardware is not chosen the other way around.

How is Dubai involved?

Implementation and support across the GCC, so a floor in the Emirates is not waiting on Cairo hours.
